Our patience has truly run out with Eldeco. This email is a measure of whether treating the customers with apathy truly flows from the top.

Dear Vishal/Sanjay,
This is with respect to the list of grievances that we had given to Mr. Deepu, Estate Manager, on 6th March 2007. One of the items in the list is the poor condition of the wooden floor in kid's and master bedrooms. Since submission of the list, the condition of wooden flooring in both the rooms has deteriorated.
We are concerned about the quality of material and workmanship used in the flooring of these two rooms. Such poor material and work is not expected from a reputed builder as yours and in a premium apartment complex as Ananda.
When we bought the house we were apprehensive about the life and quality of proposed wooden flooring in the house. But were made to understand from Mr. Rajeev Sharma, with whom we interacted regarding our purchase, that there would be no issues whatsoever with the wooden flooring as the material used is of high quality and that even if there were any issues they will be taken care off by Eldeco.
Kindly let us know, at the earliest, by when we can expect a replacement/fix of the wooden flooring in our house.

We also made the mistake of purchasing a flat from this unprofessionally run company -Eldeco. Our flat is in Amazona project and we recieved a letter of possession almost 3 months back. Since then we have been to Eldeco 3 times - AT THEIR INVITATION - no less, to take the possession, but every time we go the flat is not ready to be handed over. I think they want us to take possession when the Paint job is unfinished, there's a leak in the flat, several bathroom fittings are missing, toilets are clogged, and the flat is still dirty.
We have written to the management several times about fixing these small but important issues before we take the possession, but they won't even return our phone calls or email messages. The HQ in Bhikajikama place just directs us to the site and the site manager just gives us the usual run around. I don't know what it would take for them to finish the flat 100% and hand it over to us. Probably a bribe? Anyone care to comment?

If it can give you any solace, you are not alone. Welcome to the gang of Eldeco sufferers! It is time someone sues Eldeco and tells them what it means to take consumers for a ride.
you are lucky friends, atleast eldeco is asking you to take possession though in bad position. i bought (at least i feel so) an industrial plot from them at sitarganj, utranchal.I paid full money, lease charge & even paid money to them for purchase of stamp papers but to my surprise they don't have permission to do the lease as they don't have lease of that land themselves. i am running after them for nearly an year but all in vein. noone to listen to complaint moreover their staff misbehave. i even spoke to mr. pankaj bajaj but he says he can't do anything & behaved as if i was talking about some other's company.
Eldeco group has no commitment. they are niether quality concious, nor time concious. there slogan "Eldeco- a group with only motto to earn money. Customers- are fools otherwise they wouldn't have trusted us."
